Online Coaching

Online coaching services are available and include the following;

​

  • Initial consultation - usually via email where a questionnaire is emailed to be completed giving details of current lifestyle, health, diet and any particular goals.  This information is then used by me to create an individual training and nutritional plan for you to follow.

  • Plan incorporates a gym/home based workouts with resistance and cardio based elements.

  • Weekly check in online to review progress, make any adjustments to training plan and for accountability.

  • Tailored meal plan including suggestions for shopping list based around individual likes/dislikes and any dietary requirements.

  • 24/7 online support via text/email is always available*.
